Setting Goals with Seth Godin
January 26, 2009
Longtime power TypePad blogger Seth Godin has this to say today about setting goals:
"It's not stupid to have a stated goal of starting several ventures that will fail, or asking three stupid questions a week, or posting a blog post that the world disagrees with. If you don't have goals like this, how exactly are you going to luck into being remarkable?"
What helps you make your blogging goals? Are you aiming to post more often, to a specific topic, or to reach a new audience?
Seth Godin...my goal was to start a blog today. After researching typepad and seeing your name, I knew that typepad was the place to be. Thank you for the Purple Cow. Cheers to the new moon and being remarkable! Pazspace

I started a personal blog on another platform but a year ago, after due diligence and research (and trial / error) I began my blog on Typepad and have been a fervor endorser. I am also a big fan of Seth and his writings!
When I began a business blog, I thought I was a couple years behind the big guys...now I feel like I'm light years ahead of those who have yet to discover this wonderful phenom. I am truly learning every day..so keep the new tools and ideas coming!
This medium is moving ahead with warp speed and I am pleased to be part of the community!
Pay it forward when and where you can!

Just published the Typepad webinar (tomorrow) on our Forum which as almost 400 members, with only a few who are major bloggers. It's just starting to hit our industry how important this medium is. Thank goodness I have a little bit of a head start :)
I'm nowhere near Seth's caliber - or even Andy Wibbels (I need to hook up with him)as I've got an entire industry for you to tap into.
Take care, Ginevra :)
