Before or after opening your presents check all that Menu for Hope 6 http://www.sergetheconcierge.com/menu-for-hope-6/ has to offer and donate to our global blogger effort to help raise funds and awareness for the UN World Food Programme.
Well, thanks for the wishes or the hopes, but as a person trying to migrate, or at least interested in migrating, from another blogging platform, I would appreciate your response regarding whether every body at Typepad is on holidays?
When you provide a link for submitting a question, which works for those who haven't yet signed-up rather are in the process of doing so or trying to do so, and then they do not get the response which they were promised, such behavior most definitely can not be appreciated from a company which by proclamation provides a great service.
Making such a statement happens to be the easy part, living up to it happens to be the real deal.
Even though I was eventually able to find the information I was looking for, but as the link to the support personnel had been made available so prominently and at no point was I urged to look for information, which these days happens to be more of a norm than exception, hence I readily proceeded with the inquiry as a result.
What I would like to believe is that this failure to respond had nothing to do with the general culture at the Typepad. With mediocrity, rather even less than that, in service being the norm, I would like to, of course if I am able to, experience a service standard that is different, that is better.
The question was regarding the ability to use JavaScript, and as I have already mentioned, I was able to find the answer.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all and to Six Apart. And thank you for everything you do to make blogging a unique experience.

Hello Ginevra
Even though I was eventually able to find the information I was looking for, but as the link to the support personnel had been made available so prominently and at no point was I urged to look for information, which these days happens to be more of a norm than exception, hence I readily proceeded with the inquiry as a result.

The question was regarding the ability to use JavaScript, and as I have already mentioned, I was able to find the answer.
Thanks for taking note, eventually.
