Ramping up the Zemanta integration

Hey, remember when we told you about how we integrated Zemanta into the compose experience? The beta testing of Zemanta was hugely successful, with thousands of Recommend Links having been generated and inserted into posts. 

Due to the success of the integration in its beta state, we are now ramping up access to Zemanta across all English language accounts.
