How much does it cost?

The Design Consultation and the SEO Service each cost $500/blog.

What's the difference between the basic Tune-Up Service and the two Advanced Tune-Up services?

The Advanced Tune-Up services are intended for customers who have already done a Blog Tune-Up or Power Launch Service, or who have already implemented the recommendations of the Blog Tune-Up or Power Launch Service on their own. Both the Design Consultation and the SEO Service build on the work that was done during the Blog Tune-Up or Power Launch. We will let you know during the sales process if we think your blog would benefit from one of the basic services before moving on to an Advanced Tune-Up service.

What's the difference between the Design Consultation and the Custom Design Services?

We offer a full range of Custom Design Services. If you have a specific design that you want to create or implement, then our Custom Design Services are the best choice for you. However, if you are not sure what you want, or if you are looking to adjust and optimize your current design rather than do a new design, then the Design Consultation may be just what you're looking for. We will let you know during the sales process if we think a Custom Design Service would be a better option for you.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by major credit card or via your PayPal account. Once you have agreed to proceed with the service, we will provide you with purchase information.

How long does the service take?

Both the Design Consultation and the SEO Service consist of multiple stages, the evaluation and the implementation. We schedule the evaluation once we receive your payment, which will typically be within 5-7 business days of purchase. The evaluation takes 3-5 business days to complete. The length of time required for the implementation stage varies depending on your needs, but it is typically completed within 7-10 additional business days.

Do I have to have a Typepad blog?

At this time, Blog Services are only available for Typepad members. Learn more about Typepad! If you are interested in moving your blog to Typepad, please contact us for more information.

Note: To get the most out of both the Advanced Tune-Up Services, we strongly recommend that you have a Pro Unlimited account (learn more about our subscription plans). We may be able to offer an upgrade discount to customers who purchase this service. Ask us about this during the sales process.
